This car rental agreement,containing the terms specified below,has been concluded between the parties mentioned above. In this agreement,LENACARS agrees to deliver the vehicle(s) specified in the agreement to the CUSTOMER for use in accordance with the terms,and the CUSTOMER agrees to use the said vehicle(s) in accordance with the rights and responsibilities arising from this agreement,adhering to the highway regulations and current laws,and agrees to pay all fees specified in the agreement (rental fee,deposit,additional package services if any,excess fees,extension fees,fines,toll fees,etc.)
At the start of the rental,all necessary information (driver’s information,ID details,licenses,contact information of a first-degree relative,etc.) will be provided by the CUSTOMER to LENACARS,and the original passport,ID,and license documents will be shown to LenaCars' authorized delivery personnel, with copies delivered to LenaCars. LENACARS may unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time with notification to the CUSTOMER via email, fax, or SMS.
With this agreement, LENACARS will rent the vehicle to the CUSTOMER for the amounts specified below. A deposit in the amount specified below will be collected as collateral at the beginning of the rental period.
The CUSTOMER agrees in advance not to object to the deduction of additional daily rental charges, fuel shortages, damages, traffic fines, etc., related to the rental from the deposit. The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the amounts and conditions below, and all payments due from the CUSTOMER must be made in advance to LENACARS before the rental begins.
In cases where the amount owed exceeds the deposit after the vehicle return process or subsequent checks (such as for HGS debt, TPC fines, or damage to the vehicle), the CUSTOMER will pay the full amount specified by LenaCars. Any damage determined at the time of vehicle return will be deducted directly from the deposit. If the damage amount exceeds the deposit, the CUSTOMER will immediately pay the excess amount to LenaCars upon vehicle return.
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are to be paid by the CUSTOMER. LENACARS will forward the notice of the fine to the customer, and the customer will pay the fine amount to LENACARS without objection. If the customer wishes, they can file their own objection after payment. However, traffic fines must always be paid to LENACARS' account.
a) In the event that the CUSTOMER fails to comply with any provision of this agreement,particularly if they fail to return the vehicle on the agreed date,the CUSTOMER authorizes LENACARS to retrieve the vehicle immediately,wherever it may be,without prior warning. The CUSTOMER is liable for any damage or expenses incurred during the retrieval process by LENACARS.
b) The CUSTOMER declares that if the rental period expires,the contract has ended without any further notice,and that failure to return the vehicle despite the termination of the contract constitutes a criminal offense. The CUSTOMER also acknowledges that if the vehicle is used by the CUSTOMER or an additional driver outside the rental period and/or in violation of the law,they will not benefit from any insurance,guarantee,or legal rights,and that no further notification will be provided regarding these matters.
a) In the event of non-exempt damages or single-party accidents in the vehicles,in accidents involving multiple vehicles,a traffic accident report,accident site photos,alcohol report,and license copy must be prepared and the originals or certified copies must be delivered to LENACARS within 2 days from the date of the accident.
b) In cases of fake reports,unreported accidents,false information about accidents,use of the vehicle by intoxicated or unlicensed drivers,abandonment of the accident site,failure to obtain an alcohol report within 1 hour after the accident,etc.,the CUSTOMER shall be liable for all damages,including vehicle depreciation,rental fees incurred during repair time,and all material and moral damages to third parties.
c) In cases where accidents or damages occur outside the insurance coverage,LENACARS shall invoice the CUSTOMER directly for damages and vehicle depreciation without applying to the insurance,and the said invoice shall be paid by the CUSTOMER in full within 3 days to LENACARS.
