Only individuals who meet the age and license year requirements specified on the car details page can be designated as drivers during the reservation process on our website. Both primary and additional drivers must present the original driver’s license at the time of vehicle delivery and sign the rental contract. If individuals not listed in the contract operate the vehicle,insurance and coverage will be void in case of damage. In such cases,all expenses,fines,and depreciation costs will be borne by the primary signatory of the contract. The renter accepts this in advance and has no right of objection.

Our vehicles are provided with a fair fuel policy and must be returned in the same condition. If there is a fuel deficiency,this amount will be charged to the renter. This practice is in place to protect our customers from possible miscalculations.
Car delivery is conducted at the location specified on your reservation form.
For airport deliveries,the designated location within the airport as informed by the delivery staff is valid.

Radar, toll, and bridge violation fines issued to the vehicle's license plate are reported to us by the respective authority. If it is confirmed that the fine applies to you at the specified date and time,the related document will be emailed to you.
The rental fee,along with any additional product and service charges,is collected upfront from the renter's personal credit card or in cash at the beginning of the rental period.
In case of any damage, you must notify the emergency assistance line and inform the Traffic Police or Gendarmerie teams without moving the vehicle from the accident scene for the insurance to remain valid.
None of our insurances are valid outside of Turkey, and our vehicles are prohibited from being taken outside Turkey's borders.
