Dr. Funda Lena Nazik completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Boğaziçi University with high honors,winning 2 awards in Economics and Statistics. From 2007 to 2012,she managed her own production company in the music industry and began her doctoral education at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2012. Dr. Funda Lena Nazik completed her doctoral program with honors in 2017,founded KREKSA Research and Consulting Company in 2015,and Lena &Mama Publishing House in 2018. With the Annelerden Masallar project she launched under Lena &Mama Publishing House,she was awarded the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur Award by Lions Turkey Confederation in 2019. Continuing her academic career by teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Istanbul Bilgi University,Dr. Nazik also manages the Lena &Mama Publishing and LenaCars brands. In 2020,she was elected president of the Freelance Professionals Association.

Selçuk Nazik completed his undergraduate education in economics and later obtained an MBA degree from Istanbul Bilgi University. Continuing his education in the USA,Nazik successfully completed the Strategic Marketing Management program at Cornell University. He began his career at Erikli &Nestle Waters and held various positions in the food and beverage industries for 10 years. He then transitioned to the automotive sector,gaining significant experience as Operations and Business Development Manager,Sales Manager,and General Manager. By visiting many car rental companies and authorized dealers across Turkey and conducting sectoral observations,he founded the LenaCars brand with his wife based on these experiences.
