Additionally, these data may be processed to customize these products and services according to individual preferences, usage habits, and needs, and to plan commercial business strategies.

Personal Data Processing Based on Consent

With the Data Subject’s explicit consent, LENACARS may process data for the purposes of tracking their activity on the Platform, enhancing user experience, generating statistics, profiling, conducting direct marketing and remarketing activities, and creating personalized promotions for the Data Subject. LENACARS may also use this data in any advertising and content materials.

Transfer of Personal Data

LENACARS may transfer personal data belonging to the Data Subject and new data generated by using this data to third parties for the provision of services as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
