Our Management Approach

LenaCars is run on the principles of data-driven technology, agile teams and radical transparency.

Data-Driven, Technology-Focused Management

We support our decisions with real-time data and analysis, not intuition. We track and optimise fleet costs, risks and customer behaviour using technology.

Empowered, Agile Teams

We keep hierarchy to a minimum and distribute responsibility to the teams doing the work. Small, agile teams make fast decisions based on field data and continuously improve our processes.

Customer and Stakeholder-Focused Radical Transparency

We share all details openly, from contract terms to price components. We make decisions with the long-term benefit of both our customers and our business partners in mind.
