Dr. Funda Lena Nazik

She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in economics at Boğaziçi University with honours and two awards. She received her doctorate with first-place distinction from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2017.

She founded KREKSA Research and Consulting in 2015 and Lena & Mama Publishing in 2018. She received the Lions Turkey Women Entrepreneur Making a Difference Award for the Mothers' Tales project. She launched ARTENPRENEUR in 2022 and Sisters Music Chain in 2023.

She was named to the Fast Company Female Founders 100 list in 2023 and 2024. In 2024 she was one of 10 women from Turkey selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Women Leaders programme. She is a member of the TOBB Creative Industries Council and the MSG Supervisory Board. At LenaCars she is responsible for the strategic management of publishing, culture and arts business lines.

After his undergraduate degree in economics, he earned an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University. He successfully completed the Strategic Marketing Management programme at Cornell University.

He began his career at Erikli & Nestle Waters and held various roles in the food and beverage sectors for 10 years. He gained experience as Operations and Business Development Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager in the automotive sector.

He conducted sector observations by visiting car rental companies and authorised dealers across Turkey. With this experience, he co-founded LenaCars with his spouse. He is responsible for automotive business line investments, development and strategic management.
