These Platform Terms of Use set out the rules for using the lenacars.com digital platform operated under the LenaCars brand and related digital services.
1. Platform operator and service structure
The operator of the lenacars.com digital platform is Lena Mama Yayıncılık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

The platform is used to receive user requests, present suitable service options, coordinate quote processes and manage customer communication.
Daily and long-term vehicle rental services may be provided through contracted vehicle rental service providers depending on the transaction type. For these services, TATİL-BİZDE.COM TURİZM travel agency is not a party to the transaction.
Transfer, chauffeur, yacht/boat, private jet and helicopter services are organised through TATİL-BİZDE.COM TURİZM — TÜRSAB Licence No: 8337.
Actual performance of the service may be carried out by contracted operations providers assigned for the relevant transaction.
2. Requests, quotes and reservations
Submitting a quote or information request form alone does not create a firm reservation, sale or service contract.
Service scope, suitability, total price, payment and invoicing terms, and cancellation, change and refund provisions are notified separately to the user during the relevant quote or reservation process and, where required, submitted for the user’s acceptance.
A firm reservation is formed when the user accepts the terms of the relevant transaction and the reservation is approved by the authorised party.
3. User obligations
The user is responsible for ensuring that information submitted via the platform is accurate, up to date and complete.
It is prohibited to use the platform:
- for unlawful purposes,
- to send harmful software or content,
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems,
- to carry out acts that impair the security or operation of the platform
In case of breach of these obligations, the user’s access to the platform may be restricted or terminated; legal remedies may be pursued where necessary.
4. Platform information and service terms
Vehicle, service, price and availability information on the platform may be updated. Availability and price may change until a quote is issued or a reservation is confirmed.
Binding price, service scope and transaction terms appear in the relevant quote or reservation document presented to the user.
These Platform Terms of Use govern only the use of the lenacars.com platform. They do not replace a Pre-Information Form, distance service agreement, vehicle rental agreement or service-specific reservation terms.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated in line with changes in services, platform structure or applicable legislation.
